500 Ocean

500 Ocean is a premier luxury multifamily project in the heart of Boynton Beach, FL, featuring +/- 400,000 square feet of high-end residential homes and over 40,000 square feet of retail space. Maxwelle acquired and developed 5 acres of land spanning 2 entire city blocks to create a dynamic mixed-use residential project. Our group took the project through entitlement, design and construction planning, and then exited the project via a sale to another developer, retaining certain carried interests.
