The Michigan is a historic Art Deco landmarked apartment home building located in the heart of Miami Beach. Nestled in the desirable South Beach neighborhood, the property offers easy access to world-renowned restaurants, Lincoln Road, and the beach. Following the acquisition, Maxwelle boosted the building's unit density by 50% and undertook a comprehensive restoration. This extensive renovation involved gutting the interior, demolishing and rebuilding all walls and floors, and installing hurricane-resistant windows and roofing. The project also included the construction of new walkways and sidewalks, along with the complete overhaul of the plumbing, HVAC, sewer, and electrical systems.
